Bruce Fitzsimmons is the founder and lead attorney of Fitzsimmons Law Office, a real estate law firm located in Arlington, Massachusetts, serving all of Massachusetts, with a particular geographical focus on Boston and its surrounding suburbs. Mr. Fitzsimmons has more than twenty-five years of experience in real estate practice. He represents institutional and individual clients in a variety of matters, including residential and commercial loan closings, the buying, selling and leasing of residential and commercial properties, condominium conversions, title examinations and certifications, the issuance of title insurance policies, boundary and title disputes, foreclosures, and zoning and licensing work.
Mr. Fitzsimmons currently serves as a member of the Arlington Redevelopment Board, which functions as Arlington's planning board, redevelopment authority, and special permit granting authority for commercial development projects. He also is a member of the Title Insurance and National Affairs Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts ("REBA"), and he has previously served on REBA's Board of Directors. In addition, he was a past Co-Chairman of the Title Conveyancing Committee of the Boston Bar Association.
Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the Federal District Court (Masachusetts).
