Jennifer L. Hardy is a senior associate attorney with Fitzsimmons Law Office.  Ms. Hardy has more than ten years of experience as a practicing real estate attorney. She represents individual and institutional clients in a variety of real estate matters, including residential loan closings, the buying and selling of residential properties, condominium conversions, and the curing of title defects.

Ms. Hardy is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School.  She is the author of "Public Access to Coastal Property:  Implied Dedication as a Theory of Public Property Rights in Massachusetts," New England Environmental Forum, Vol. III, 1996.

Ms. Hardy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and she is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
