Norbert G. Styblo ("Nory") is an associate attorney with Fitzsimmons Law Office.  He joined the firm in 2009 after working for American Tower Corporation in its Land Management practice group.  Mr. Styblo has experience working on a broad range of transactional matters for real estate clients and clients in the telecommunications area.

Mr. Styblo's practice focuses primarily on representing buyers, sellers, lenders and relocation companies in residential real estate transactions.  He has drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, condominium documents, leases, ground leases, license agreements, and easements.  He also has experience with condominium conversions and title and zoning issues in connection with both residential and commercial real estate.

During and shortly after law school, Mr. Styblo worked for residential real estate law firms in Boston, Burlington and Braintree, Massachusetts, as either a paralegal or an associate attorney.  Mr. Styblo is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, and he was previously a member of its Legislation Committee.

Mr. Styblo is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst), Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, and New England School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida.
